Frequently Asked Questions
Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.
The price includes rental of the equipment and delivery within 20 miles of North Miami. Our team will always setup your equipment and ensure your equipment is working properly.
Q.Do you deliver to other cities?
A.
We deliver to most of Miami Dade and Broward Counties. We are located in North Miami and ofer free delivery for the 1st twenty miles and charge $2.50 for each mile after 20. We do have our limits but if your city is not listed in our delivery area just give us a call and we will see what we can do for you
Q.When do you deliver and setup?
A.
Our delivery routes start at 7:00 am. We will typically be done with all deliveries by 1:00 pm but that time is not guranteed. You can request a special delivery time at checkout. These times come with a price ranging from $20-$100 depending on the exact time needs.
Q.Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Q.What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A.
We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent GENERATORS for $65. Parks will also include exact delivery and pickup times that will add $60 to your total. Our PARK RENTAL options will include both the generator and the delivery times.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.
Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry change. Your deposit must be made on a card.
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.
You have until 6:00 A.M. the day of your event if you need to cancel for weather or any other reason. Once we have set up, we do not give refunds for any reason including weather. Once we load your equipment and leave our warehouse you are liable for 50% of your rental. Once we setup you are liable for 100% of the rental fees. Once we have set up, we have to pay our employees for their hard work and therefore we require full payment regardless of use.
Note: Unless, the weather is so bad as to risk our equipment, the decision is up to you since your area might not be affected by weather conditions as much as another. Our main safety concern is wind. When wind speeds are higher than approx. 15-20 MPH, jumps become unsafe regardless of our tie down methods and must be taken down. If you are concerned, please call our office.

Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.
Yes, The minimum reservation fee is how we lock in your rental and reserves the equipment for you. This is deducted directly from your total reservation. The reservation minimum is nonrefundable. In the event you need to cancel for any reason the reservation minimum is kept as a rain check good for up to one year from the time of the original rental. The minimum reservation is based off of the total cost of your rental and breaks down as follows:
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
Q.Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
